The standard requires a practical evaluation by a qualified person. We offer the required form so you can easily have your qualified person perform this qualified evaluation. Complete this form and retain with a copy of your certificate you get from course/ quiz completion. You are then in compliance. ****Or come to us and perform your practical.  Fees apply.
